Below minimum? Contact your Account Manager for exception approval. Usually granted for urgent same-day pickup.

Order Cutoff Times

For next-day processing:

Online orders: Submit by 3:00 PM
WhatsApp orders: Submit by 4:00 PM
Phone orders (Gold): Submit by 5:00 PM

Orders after cutoff process the following business day.

Reordering Previous Orders

In your account dashboard: 1. My Orders → find previous order 2. Click "Reorder" 3. Cart auto-populates with same items 4. Adjust quantities if needed 5. Checkout

Project Orders (100+ items)

Submit project specifications via project quote form
Custom pricing within 48 hours
Phased delivery available

Custom-Configured Items (e.g., hose assemblies)

Specify exact configuration (length, fittings, pressure rating)
Manufacturing lead time: 3–5 days
Available for hydraulic hoses, custom cable assemblies, configured kits

Pre-Orders (out-of-stock items)

Place pre-order with estimated delivery date
Deposit may be required (10–20%)
Notified via WhatsApp when ready

Common Order Issues

Q: Item shows out of stock — can I still order? A: Yes, place as pre-order. We'll notify you of expected restocking date. Q: Can I cancel an order after submission? A: Yes, before status reaches "Picking". Contact your Account Manager or reply to confirmation email. Q: Can I modify quantities after order is confirmed? A: Yes, contact within 2 hours of confirmation. After "Picking" status, modifications not possible. Q: What if delivered items don't match my order? A: Don't sign the delivery receipt. Note discrepancies on the receipt. Contact Account Manager immediately.
