Credit Approval Process
For Silver/Gold tiers seeking credit terms:
1. Submit 3-month bank statement with application 2. Win Store conducts credit assessment (5–7 days) 3. Credit limit assigned based on: - Average monthly bank balance - Existing supplier credit history - Estimated monthly order volume 4. Credit limit reviewed every 6 months

Late Payment Policy

Refunds & Credit Notes
- Refunds processed within 7 business days
- Credit notes issued for damaged/returned items
- Credit notes valid for 12 months
- Apply credit notes to future invoices via account dashboard
