Credit Approval Process

For Silver/Gold tiers seeking credit terms:

1. Submit 3-month bank statement with application 2. Win Store conducts credit assessment (5–7 days) 3. Credit limit assigned based on: - Average monthly bank balance - Existing supplier credit history - Estimated monthly order volume 4. Credit limit reviewed every 6 months

Late Payment Policy

  • Grace period: 5 business days
  • Late fee: 2% per month after grace period
  • Credit hold: Account flagged after 30 days late
  • Tier downgrade: Risk after 2 missed payments in 6 months

Refunds & Credit Notes

  • Refunds processed within 7 business days
  • Credit notes issued for damaged/returned items
  • Credit notes valid for 12 months
  • Apply credit notes to future invoices via account dashboard
