How to Schedule Pickup
1. Place order online or via WhatsApp 2. Select "Pickup at [Location]" instead of delivery 3. Receive pickup-ready notification (typically within 2 hours) 4. Visit warehouse during business hours 5. Bring: - Partner ID card or business license - Order number - Vehicle details (if loading truck)
What to Bring
- 📄 Partner ID OR business license
- 🆔 Personal NRC (driver/representative)
- 📃 Order confirmation (printed or on phone)
- 🚐 Appropriate vehicle (note: trucks need 24-hour advance notice for dock booking)
On-Site Inspection
- Inspect all items at warehouse before signing receipt
- Request to open boxes for high-value items
- Note any damage immediately on receipt
- Once signed, items become your responsibility
Bulk Pickup (Truckload Orders)
For orders over 5M MMK or filling a truck:
- Book dock slot 24 hours in advance
- Use Yangon warehouse for largest selection
- Bring own loaders or pre-arrange with warehouse team (additional 50,000 MMK)
