Where to Display the Badge
✅ Required:
- Shop signboard (visible from street)
- Inside shop entrance
- Customer-facing receipt/invoice
- Facebook business page header
- Google Maps business listing
- Vehicle signage (if used for deliveries)
- Sales staff uniforms (Silver/Gold)
- Email signature
- WhatsApp business profile picture
- Print advertisements
Badge Usage Rules
✅ DO:
- Use the badge as provided (do not modify colors)
- Maintain clear space around badge (1 badge-width minimum)
- Use on solid color or photo backgrounds with sufficient contrast
- Pair with your shop's own branding
- Change badge colors
- Stretch or distort the badge
- Place on busy backgrounds where badge is illegible
- Use expired or outdated badge versions
- Combine with non-Win Store branding in misleading ways
- Make claims of "official" or "exclusive" beyond your tier
Downloading the Badge
1. Log in to partner.winstores.com 2. Navigate to "Co-Branding Assets" 3. Download badge package (includes all formats) 4. Tier-appropriate badge auto-assigned based on your status
Compliance Audits
Win Store conducts random audits to ensure:
- Badge is displayed at your shop
- Badge usage follows guidelines
- No misleading representations
- First offense: Warning + correction request
- Repeat offense: Tier downgrade or partnership termination
