Pre-Order Process

Critical Item Planning
For items you can't be out of:
- Maintain safety stock at your shop (2–4 weeks supply)
- Subscribe to auto-reorder (when stock hits reorder point)
- Communicate slow-moving items with Account Manager (might be replaced with faster alternative)
Stockout Communication
If a product becomes unexpectedly unavailable:
- WhatsApp notification within 4 hours
- Recommended alternative provided
- Estimated restock date
- Priority allocation when restocked (orders by date)
Seasonal Stock Considerations
- Thingyan (April): High demand for cleaning supplies, batteries — order ahead
- Rainy season (June–Oct): Wipers, electrical components, water-resistant items
- Year-end (Dec): Promotional pricing — stock up if you have capacity
- Festive promotions: Limited stock — first-come, first-served
