Online Submission
- Upload through partner.winstores.com application form
- All documents uploaded in one session

In-Person Drop-Off
At any Win Store fulfillment location:- Yangon (South Dagon Industry Zone)
- Mandalay
- Mawlamyine
- Nay Pyi Taw (when operational)
What Happens After Submission
1. Day 1–2: Document verification (completeness check) 2. Day 3–5: Business legitimacy verification with DICA 3. Day 5–7: Site visit (if within 50 km of Win Store location) 4. Day 7: Decision email sent
If any documents are missing or unclear, you'll receive a request for clarification within 48 hours.
Common Document Issues

Privacy & Security
All documents you submit are:
- Stored securely in Win Central's encrypted document system
- Accessed only by authorized Partner Relations staff
- Used solely for partner verification
- Retained for the duration of partnership + 7 years (legal requirement)
- Never shared with third parties
